life has been hell -^ ^- soooo...i've been dying, pretty much. but now that exams are almost over and i'll be moving back home, i have more time for fun things like DA <3
xD Acting! I'm currently waiting for a call from a man who is going to allow me to audition for him, and get me a job for commercials for local businesses. I hate the idea of it, because it isn't really 'acting,' but in this area it's really the only chance I have at doing anything in the line.
Good luck with the internship, I wish you the best ^.^
Oh, yeah, sorry. I got confused and thought that part was your signature.
Yeah, I'm going to college next year down in Ashland. My main reason? That's where the Oregon Shakespeare Festival is. I really hope to get an acting internship there during my senior year of college! It's so amazing. The play's are always great and the actors are terrific. I'd love to work there someday. Plus Ashland's gorgeous.

I agree about getting caught up in small pieces of tracks instead of the whole thing. While "A Little Priest" is not my favorite, I do like the one note change in it ("...then who are we to deny it in here"). I thought it worked.
I like something? Um... Assassins? Stephen Sondheim? Broadway?

I have the soundtrack and I listen to it too. I don't really like "Not While I'm Around" but that's because I'm used to someone much older singing it. And I agree about "Little Priest"! Compared to Hearn's (and even Cerveris's) reactions to Mrs. Lovett it is rather dull.

And the Hearn thing... so right, if it hadn't been for him, I don't think I would've really liked Sweeney Todd xD Which is sad, but he just seemed to fit it so well.
And scenery and costumes, yeah. I'm not a Burton fan, but the imagination the guy has, and his artistic trademark is astonishingly beautiful.
Heh, I picked up the soundtrack for Burton's Todd...
Yeah, I like the singing, but it's more like something I would listen to, as opposed to enjoying it in a movie. It doesn't really have the presence.... And I think my least favorite thing about it is in "A Little Priest"... where Sweeney realizes what Lovett is talking about and is like "hah." Depp sounds so bored when he says it xD
Small thing to point out, but that just took my rating of the Soundtrack down by like 4.
I totally understand that! George Hearn was such an amazing Sweeney. I've got a crush on Michael, thus I prefer him.
New one? Do you mean the revival or the movie? I think you mean the movie... (let me know if I'm wrong) and I would give it a 7. The performances were better than I expected, though not half as good as any of the Broadway casts. The acting was great, but the singing could have been much better. But the scenery and the costumes? Genius!

Oregon Shakespearean Festival (how I forgot that, I'll never know). I've never been, but I'm making plans to move to Oregon mostly for that xD.

But I prefer Hearn over Micheal... hehe. I think it's because I'm just a general Hearn fan, sooo... yeah.
On a scale of 1 through 10, how was the new one? I'm yet to see it... heheh.

I hope you truly enjoyed what you read, I know I've enjoyed your bit.
I've never focused on metrics because they always got in my way, I'm glad you can use them so well, perhaps I'll learn a thing or two from you.
Cheers!
